Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped via: FedEx Ground, UPS, Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship internationally and will cancel/refund any order placed outside the United States.  

We use a flat rate shipping system to give you the best price per item shipped. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-2 days for processing, and there is a chance items sell out over those days when orders are not processed(weekends/holidays). We are not able to allow or fulfill backordered items or able to ship internationally. If you receive your product and are unsatisfied, we do accept returns within 30 days of order confirmation.

In order to use this site for returns, you will need to create an account before making your purchase. If you did not create an account before making your purchase, or just have any questions, send us an email at [email protected] with your order information and we will be happy to help you with a return.

If you did create an account before making your purchase, simply log in to your account and under Recent Orders select "view" for the order you would like to return. Click "Return Item(s)" at the bottom of the page to create a return shipment. Choose the products to return and the quantity, provide us with a reason for your return, and send the return request. We will process your request and notify you via email of your accepted return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping of returned products. Once we receive the returned product, we will either refund your credit card or ship you a new item. All returned items must be in new/sellable condition. 

 

We do offer in store pickup if desired. Items selected for pick up will be at our downtown location. Located at 128 Central Ave. downtown Whitefish.
